IGNITE Magazine: Issue 6

Ignite (Te Hiringa O Te Tangata) tells the stories of the men and women across the country who dedicate themselves to protecting life and property in their urban and rural communities. It represents the voices of our firefighters and the people who work behind the scenes to support them.

In this edition we look at community resilience among our people; leading together at the UFBA conference, regenerating the Port Hills, helping out with the clean-up of Hurricane Harvey and hearing from Australian Operations Manager/Officer in Charge, Stewart 'Sooty' Kreltzheim, about his experiences with the North East campaign fires and Black Saturday in Victoria.
