We are one of the few Yellow Watch stations so we only have Paid staff Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30pm and Volunteers cover nights, weekends and Public hoildays.

We respond to a variety of emergencies in our local area. These include:
- Fires
- Medical emergencies
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Search and rescue
- Civil defence and natural disaster responses
We also conduct fire prevention and school visits, check smoke alarms in homes and businesses, and of course offer fire safety advice.
