We are a new Directorate and we are in the process developing our identity and defining how we combine our services to deliver workable solutions to our customers. This will be an evolving process and we are looking for an experienced HR Business Manager, to support this shift.

About You

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional, with broad depth of experience across people functions. You will work alongside the National Manager People Experience to develop and deliver work programmes, business cases, and policies. You will provide expert, fit for purpose advice to the National Manager and support briefings with DCE, Board, and Executive Leadership Team.

We are looking for a special person; your breadth of experience will see you proactively anticipating the needs of the directorate and National Manager before you are asked, you will have exceptional stakeholder engagement ability, with a track record of delivery at a senior level.

Experience and Attributes

To be considered for this role, you will need sound, generalist HR experience within a large, complex organisation. You will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and enjoy managing and solving complex issues. We need a good thinker, proactive, driven and outcome focused.
