About the role

We are looking for a superstar coordinator for a directorate that covers project, programme and portfolio management.  This is a great opportunity for an experienced project coordinator, or an experienced administrator step up into a portfolio-level role. 

You'll work across the Directorate supporting the National Manager and teams, you'll support projects or key work as required - no two days the same!  This role is a great step into the portfolio world.

This is a permanent role and the salary range is $56,000 to $62,000 per annum and benefits including matched KiwiSaver employer contributions of up to 6%, life and income protection insurance, and generous sick leave provisions through our Wellness Policy. 

About you

You will be an experienced administrator or project coordinator; bright, energetic, eager to learn and develop.  Along with your superior organisation and time management skills you will also bring the following experience and attributes:  

  • Experience in a project environment
  • Financial literacy
  • Ability to schedule, and coordinate multiple diaries
  • Strong understanding of the digital environment
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills (pivot tables and graphics)
