About the role

This is a new and exciting initiative for FENZ as we’re establishing Local Advisory Committees (LACs) across the country, which will help us understand each community’s needs. As one of two Coordinators you will provide professional administrative support to LAC members and the LAC team. You’ll be responsible for facilitating meetings and workshops, preparation of reports and meeting papers, and the provision of financial administration.

In this newly created role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge and expertise in the development and implementation of effective administrative systems and processes. 

This is a permanent role and the salary range is $62,000 to $69,000 per annum and benefits including matched KiwiSaver employer contributions of up to 6%, life and income protection insurance, and generous sick leave provisions through our Wellness Policy. 

About you

As a pro-active and experienced administrator to succeed in this role, you will be:

Experienced working with a statutory committee, board or senior leadership team providing meeting support and administration including project coordination, logistical support, minute-taking and report writing

  • Experienced in the administration of accounts, financial reporting and budgeting
  • An agile and collaborative team member
  • Discreet and understanding of working in an environment that requires sensitivity
  • An excellent communicator able to build strong professional relationships
