Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a people centered Senior Business Analyst to assist us to identify a future model for volunteer engagement.

Fixed Term Until December 2021

About you

You will be an experienced senior business analyst, who is agile, people centred, with strong design thinking.  As part of your role, you will undertake requirements gathering, modelling, development of business cases and estimates.  This is a great opportunity for you to support our communities and really support the development of Fire and Emergency’s vision.

We are looking to you to take the BA lead on this project and would expect that you will have the following attributes and experience:

  • Experience in Agile methodologies and Design Thinking
  • Experience in the development of Business Cases 
  • Experience in benefits identification analysis, and measurement
  • Experience in working on multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Experience in conducting workshops using formal methodologies
  • Awareness of financial modelling and techniques to forecast and costing
  • High analytical ability using advanced excel and other reporting suites 
  • Sound level of business acumen
