The People Branch is a new branch at the heart of supporting and implementing cultural change within FENZ, at the same we are in the process developing our identity and defining how we combine our services to deliver workable solutions to our customers.  This will be an evolving process and we are looking for an experienced Senior OD and Change Consultant, to support this shift.

About you

This is a pivotal role for the People Branch, you will work across the People Experience and People & Workforce Capability Directorates to implement a service redesign and a functional and structural redesign.  The role will suit an experienced Change Lead, who can lead change design and implement completed reviews.

If you are a skilled facilitator and relationship manager who is used to working with senior stakeholders, with experience in organisational development, organisational design, and change best practice standards and methodologies we would love to hear from you.
